RRGGBBAA color code in Colorpicker item.

Hii all,

I m using a color pickeritem in my project for selecting a color.But
it is giving me a rrggbb color code..
My problem is i want to use the RRGGBBAA format for storing the
color..
Can any one help me in how to set the colorpicker items format to
RRGGBBAA format.it is urgent
